Friday night was a good night for me, I received a $1500 departmental scholarship for next year! My parents came up and Brett of course was there. It was announced during the BFA Thesis show and Holly got one too, so we were hyper and just had a good night. I showed my parents my artwork I've been working on and then we went to Javier's to celebrate. My mom took a lot of pictures and my dad videoed Holly and I dancing like little idiots because that is what we are. It was fun though, so I felt good. I have 3 semesters left of school. I will have my BFA next semester then I'll just have the education certification to complete, I can't believe it.
