Sunday drives and Picnics!

This season is just the best. On Saturday night we went with my family on our annual hot dog and chili night in the mountains. This year was the best weather I can remember during our picnic. It was fun to hang around the fire and play with all the kids. Marie and Josh couldn't go and Corey and Becca live in Baltimore so it felt empty like only half of the family was there so that part sucked. Brittney was had her boyfriend up there and it is weird to see her with a boy but she is going up! The canyon was pretty as well with all the leaves and the pines together.

Sunday we drove to my parent's house for Marie and Leo's Bay dinner where of course we had POTATOES for Marie-B's Bay. She is the potato lover of all potato lovers. We drove through East Canyon and it was seriously the most beautiful drive I have seen in Utah. The leaves were so bright, we just love our drives. When we go it's just a time for us to be together without the TV and all the other stuff and we can just talk. The only thing to make it better is if little Hoppy had a hammie car seat and could take him with us, maybe someday I will invent one!
